2026 Week of Service

Why a Week of Service?
Since their founding, the Sisters have strived to be mindful of the diverse and unmet needs of the Dear Neighbor. Through the Week of Service, the Justice Center's ministry continues in their footsteps, going out into the neighborhood to seek those in need and do their best to meet the needs of marginalized communities. The Week of Service allows for volunteers to work at various sites, collaborating with organizations that cook and serve meals for food-insecure individuals and families, pack food boxes, clean homes for vulnerable neighbors, tend to community gardens, and, best of all, build community as we collaborate with like-minded people to help improve the well-being of the local community.
