Attention Faith Leaders in the City of Orange! Attend this HYBRID presentation to learn about SB4 and how your faith community can provide affordable housing.

California Senate Bill 4, Affordable Housing on Faith Lands Act, was signed into law on 10/11/23. SB4 provides a streamlined process for religious organizations and nonprofit colleges to develop affordable housing on their property.
Attend this *HYBRID* event to learn how your house of worship can be part of the solution to homelessness by building low-income and affordable housing on your church/temple/synagogue/mosque’s property.
You’ll hear from faith leaders, builders, and other experts about the process. This event will focus on the City of Orange but is relevant for surrounding cities as well.
