California Senate Bill 4, Affordable Housing on Faith Lands Act, was signed into law on 10/11/23. SB4 provides a streamlined process for religious organizations and nonprofit colleges to develop affordable housing on their property.
Attend this *HYBRID* event to learn how your house of worship can be part of the solution to homelessness by building low-income and affordable housing on your church/temple/synagogue/mosque’s property.
You’ll hear from faith leaders, builders, and other experts about the process. This event will focus on the City of Orange but is relevant for surrounding cities as well.
