Event Details

Common Ground follows up on Kiss the Ground and focuses on a hopeful and practical solution of the climate crisis – regenerative farming.  Across the nation, Native peoples, farmers, entertainers and environmental advocates are encouraging the whole-scale shift to this farming technique that builds quality soil, absorbs carbon, and produces abundant, healthy food, all while maintaining the beauty of Creation.  Here is a link to “Common Ground” trailer and website.

The documentary will be followed by speakers who will highlight the issue of water in regenerative farming, a priority to the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange and global advocates worldwide.  Stay after the discussion for a raffle to win some great prizes!

*Registration is not required.

PARKING: Please park on the South Parking lot off La Veta Ave.  Access to the south parking lot via Batavia Street is currently closed due to construction. Everyone is redirected to a temporary entrance located off La Veta Avenue via a delivery road.  This is located between the St. Joseph Center and Providence/St. Joseph Hospital Emergency Room Parking.

We look forward to seeing you on April 25th!
